ABOUT TERRANCE

Engineer by training, Realtor by profession.

Terrance started his Real Estate Salesperson (RES) journey in 2012. He was off to a great start and won the Rookie of the Year at DTZ in his first year as an
RES.

Terrance continued to improve his sales and was stuck at the $300k-$400k p.a. sales since 2015.

During this period, he built a strong grasp of the resale property market, transacting >$200m of properties across residential and commercial segments. He has started dipping his hands into other aspects of real estate, e.g. interior designing and professional photography (more on this later).

In 2020, Terrance took on the challenge of managing a team of RES and moved to Propnex Realty to set up the Terrance Wong District.

The positive and striving culture in Propnex not only propelled Terrance’s personal sales (crossing >$1m since 2022), Propnex’s strong systems and structures provided the required support to all TWDians regardless of their segment specializations.

Terrance is recognised as a resale property expert through his experience gained over executing more than 200 resale transactions. Together with his upline Matthew Lam of Matt Lam Advisory, Terrance created the Automated Resale Profiling System. This is a proprietary tool that helps agents to assess a resale property so as to help their buyers make more informed decisions in their real estate journey. This tool is widely used more than 1,500 agents within the Matt Lam Advisory umbrella.
