  • Served more than 100 landlords and tenants across both residential and commercial spaces. 

Terrance is also regular thought-contributor, taking up speaking and coaching assignments both internally and externally.

He is one of the cornerstone contributors to a resale proprietary tool developed by Matthew Lam Advisory Division used to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of a resale property.

Terrance is appointed as one of the trainers for free RES examination preparations for RES candidates interested to join the Marcus Luah Advisory group

Our Leaders

Gavin Neo (far left) and Kennie Toh (far right) are two of our other leaders within TWD. Gavin began his career as a real estate agent in 2012, following a very successful IT sales career. Gavin is a multiple Platinum award winner and actively takes on Project I/C roles for new launches. He is well-versed in new launches and supports TWD in new launch analysis. Gavin is also a top 300 agent for Propnex in 2021 and 2022. Kennie is a veteran real estate agent, with a core focus on new launches. Kennie was previously Key Executive Officer for Remax from 2011 to 2014. Kennie regularly takes on Project I/C roles for new launches and has a wealth of experience in organising activities running up to launch day. Our leaders have a diverse experience and will provide day-to-day support to give your confidence in engaging your clients and closing the sale transaction.
