TWD is part of the Powerful Negotiators Group (“PNG”), the largest real estate salesperson team in Singapore, helmed by Mr Kelvin Fong (Executive Director of Propnex Realty Pte Ltd).  PNG has more than 6,000 RES, a powerful network to all TWDians. 

Within PNG, TWD falls further within the Marcus Luah Advisory Group and Matthew Lam Division. Marcus Luah Advisory was the champion division in 2019 and 2020 and produced the highest number of millionaire RES in Propnex for 2019 and 2020. Matthew Lam Division is about 800 RES strong and finished 2022 with a total division commission in excess of S$80 million. Matthew Lam himself is a 4-time millionaire RES and has a proven track record of converting cold leads.
